Responsibilities

• Install and commission robotic systems at customer sites.
• Conduct operational and technical training for customers.Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to robotic systems to enhance performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of robotic systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on the status of the robotic systems.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new robotic solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Robotic Engineering.

Required Skill Sets

• 1+ years of experience in providing technical support for robotic systems.
• Strong understanding of robotic systems and their components (Pneumatics systems, Control, Solenoid valves, Electrical Components and knowledge about measuring instruments).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
